천둥

Last night, we woke up to an angry sky. Lightning rain thunder thunder thunder.. The open window let the rain in all over the two girls sleeping closest to the window and half the bedroom floor. The smaller girls sleeping on the other side woke up scared because of the sounds.. Then they woke me up.. We went pee as a team. Then the littler girls made room for the wet ones.. And me. The five of us squished in a third of the space we usually share. (I was originally going to sleep at their feet but they called me over cause they said I'd be scared by myself. Hee.) I absolutely loved it.. The way they so easily receive each other when times are scary and they're half asleep.. And how it's a little sleepover every night here.. I was smiling too big all night. They couldn't sleep for a bit because of the noise. I shut the window and played some before bed music for them. We fell asleep to violins and jon foreman.
